DOSE Whisp: Privacy Policy
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This policy explains what DOSE Whisp can see when you use the official DOSE Discord server, and what we do with it. We are the data controller.
01Who we are (the data controller)
DOSE is developed and published by Kunki Games. Kunki Games is the studio name of Hoang Duc Vu ProtoSoft, a sole proprietorship (jednoosobowa działalność gospodarcza) based in Warsaw, Poland.
- Business: Hoang Duc Vu ProtoSoft
- Location: Warsaw, Poland
- NIP (tax ID): 5252341878
- REGON: 382872920
- Email: contact@kunkigames.com
02What the bot can see
- Server members: usernames, display names, user IDs, avatars, roles and join dates.
- Messages in the channels the bot can view: their text, attachments, links and reactions, and who posted them when.
- Server structure: channels, threads, roles and scheduled events.
- Direct messages only if you send one to the bot.
The bot cannot see your email address, phone number, payment details or voice chat, and it cannot read channels it has not been given access to.
03Why we use it
To run and moderate the DOSE community: reading feedback and bug reports so we can improve the game, answering questions, posting announcements such as playtest news, and keeping channels and events organised. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the community around our game (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell this data, use it for advertising or make automated decisions about you. Moderation decisions are made by people.
04How it is processed
The bot has no database of its own. It fetches data from Discord only when a team member is working with it.
During that work, the content can be passed to Anthropic (Claude, USA) so the AI tools can summarise it or draft replies. Discord Inc. (USA) hosts the server itself. Transfers to the USA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
05How long we keep it
- Your messages stay on Discord under Discord's rules. If you delete a message, the bot can no longer read it.
- Working logs on the team's computers that may include fetched content are deleted after 30 days.
- Feedback and bug reports we copy into our own project notes are kept as long as they help us develop DOSE, without your username where it is not needed.
06Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct or delete it, to limit or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to contact@kunkigames.com or message a moderator in the server. We answer within one month.
You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, https://uodo.gov.pl.
07Changes
We will update this page and its date if anything changes.
