02What DOSE Whisp is
DOSE Whisp is a private bot. It works only in the official DOSE Discord server (https://discord.gg/dose-game) and cannot be added to other servers.
The DOSE team uses it to help run the community: reading channels to keep up with feedback, questions and bug reports, posting announcements, and organising channels, roles and events.
The team may work with the bot through AI tools (Anthropic's Claude), for example to summarise feedback or draft a reply. A team member approves every message the bot posts and every moderation action it takes.
03Your part
Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines and the DOSE server rules apply whenever you use the server. Please do not try to misuse the bot, for example by writing messages designed to trick it or the tools behind it into doing something, or by spamming it.
04Availability
The bot is free and provided as it is. We may change what it does, pause it or remove it at any time. It may make mistakes; if something it posted looks wrong, tell a moderator.
05Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses caused by using or relying on the bot. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
06Privacy
What data the bot can see and how we handle it is explained in the DOSE Whisp Privacy Policy: https://dose-game.com/discord-bot/privacy.
07Law and changes
These terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows when they last changed.
